Are you familiar with a good non surgical centre that I could get botox and dermal fillers for facial cosmetic reason at a reasonable cost?

I’d avoid Mexico, especially with regard to dermal fillers. When those go bad, you are screwed for life.
Botox can be screwed up pretty badly, too, by people who are not properly trained to do it.
As a doctor, I get fliers in the mail advertising weekend courses for Botox and Restylane training. Make sure anybody you go to did NOT get their training in a weekend. That is just scary.
Go to a plastic surgeon who is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgeons. You may pay a little more, but you’ll be paying a LOT if someone screws up.
