No. Botox in itself is not harmful, what’s harmful is the notion that there is something wrong with how you look like. I personally think it’s going overboard, plus the effects of botox is not subtle. you can’t smile properly and you can’t have natural expressions. I just hope she knows what she is doing and it doesn’t affect her singing.
Even if I don’t like her and the hype of false patriotism that goes along with her, I guess it is purely evil to wish that it affects her singing.
I wonder who sweet-talked her into this; I doubt that she came up with it on her own. Probably a Belo Ad is in the making.

Definitely no, The secret of Charice’s powerful voice is in her jaw or cheek. if they change how the way it is it will affect her voice as well…
well if that makes her happy,.then let it be,..as long as she can handle the consequences of a botox treatment (unnaturality, like white michael jackson), and i agree with rose…i also hate false patriotism and ever so loquacious mouths of the ranting filipino fanatics

ABSOLUTELY YES, I will certainly approved the treatment of botox injection at Dra. Belo’s clinic. As you stated already the treatment is for the correction of her jaw which is some kind of big in the shape of her face. It is like trimming down a little the shape of her jaw making it a fresher look on Charice face. And since she is now a world wide superstar in the making, I think a little of something will make her more attractive to the audience. I will not even surprise that some day soon she will be part of Dra. Belo’s signature model of the face and body.
LET US ADMIT IT, these people in the showbusiness needs physical attraction because they mingle with the people 24/7 and the only time they are not in the spot light is when they are about to go to sleep. The minute they wake up it is already considered "show time" for them. It is time to shake hands, smile for the people and in the case of Charice she sings a lot and her voice is the main feature of why she became a singing sensation in the first place not her looks. But since her voice needs a face that should also be wonderful in the eyes of her audience, I guess it is time too to make some little changes to fit her voice to her face, don’t you think?
Professionals will not do a medical procedure that is harmful. If it is not harmful and it will help advance her career, and help her get more self confidence, then Botox it will be.
Why not? If that’s what she wants then go! We have no right to disapprove her happiness.

I think she’s too young for Botox, and eitherway I’m not a fan of cosmetic surgery. Unless that Botox injection was somehow crucial to her overall health and well-being, no, I wouldn’t have approved of it.
I didn’t know she is having one. If I am her mother I am sure I will approve of it because in show business physical beauty ( according to the norm) is so important. (Skinny, thin face, light skin just some examples) She has a great voice already so a little improvement physically would’nt hurt. There is really nothing we can do about it. It is her that go through the procedure and she is paying for it. OR Dra Bello’s future model or endorcer as have been previously mentioned.
I have no idea why she did it, but there seems to be no changes. I wouldn’t if she were my daughter. Too young.
