Anaphylactic Reaction?
Hi,
I’ve been having anaphylactic reaction to numbing cream and wrinkle fillers. Recently I had a reaction to a perfume and a hair product. I’m now paranoid and I’m afraid that I might have an anaphylactic reaction to everything. What should I do? The doctor told me that since I’m not getting a rash my symptoms are not anaphylactic he says my body is just sensitive. I don’t agree with him. My blood pressure falls, I feel like I’m going to faint and I have difficulty breathing. My heart also starts pounding very fast.
It sounds to me like allergic reactions. The light headedness and difficulty breathing is probably anxiety not a chemical reaction. You can’t physically have your blood pressure FALL and feel like your heart is pounding (which indicates HIGH blood pressure).
I would recommend being evaluated for anxiety or hypochondria.
Any person can develop allergies at anytime….however if you were having anaphylactic reactions you would probably be dead, since the word anaphylactic means a reaction that causes anaphylactic shock, which is fatal.
